Desert Explorers Tourism, referred to as “We”, “Our” and “Us” in this “Terms and Conditions” document provides transportation, tours, safaris, city tours, etc. to the participants or visitors, referred to as “You” or “Your” either by itself or through one of its associates.

The following are the primary terms and conditions which bound the services offered by Desert Safari Tours to the visitors and participants.

• “Desert Explorers Tourism L.L.C.” maintains the https://buggyexplorers.com Website (”Site”).
• “United Arab of Emirates is our Country of Domicile” and stipulates that the governing law is the local law.
• The tour coupons, tickets, vouchers, or any other sales, vouchers issued for the Activities are subject to, in all respects, to the aforementioned terms and conditions and to the terms of operators, owners, public carriers, and all the other people who provide these activities to you. The copies of these terms and conditions will be made available on request and any purchase pertaining to the voucher or making an advanced booking that entitles you to participate in the activity will be deemed to constitute your acceptance and consent of these conditions contract.
• The complete price for an Activity will be required to be paid at the time of booking and we have the right to cancel a booking if the complete price for the Activity is not paid, at least two days before the commencement of the Activity. In the event of cancellation of a booking less than 24 hours before the commencement of that activity, you are not entitled to any refund. Further, any failure to make your presence in the designated location at the scheduled departure point shall be considered canceled.
• We have the right to omit, edit, alter or cancel any part of the Activity for which a prior booking has been made without any notice to you. Owing to the factors such as governmental restrictions, sickness, accidents, weather or any such occurrence, the Activities might get canceled or altered.
• There are certain risks involved in some of the Activities. Thus, you would be completely responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities you have undertaken. You are also required to agree to comply with the instructions given for any activity you are participating in.
• Some of the activities, in particular, are hazardous. We will leverage our experience and expertise, and wherever required, the assistance of the other experts and local guides, for minimizing the risk for you. However, if you are participating in an activity that is against the leader’s/ tour guide’s recommendation and is highly risky, then you may be required to read and give your consent on an indemnity and waiver form, provided to you in English, before participating in that particular activity.
• “Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of UAE”
• “Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment”
• “The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency”
• “We will not Trade with or Provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries”
• “Customer using the website who are minor / under the age of 18shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website”
